Sour Hazy Passionfruit, Pink Guava IPA 7.1% 17 IBUs Hops: Mosaic, Vic Secret, Cashmere, Citra, Cimcoe. The First of many seasonal collaborations between our Head Chef and Head Brewer. Try It with our New Seasonal Pan Seared Salmon.
Barrel Aged Sour 5% 20 IBUs: Hops: Hallertau Blanc Malts: 2-row and White Wheat. Golden Sour base aged in Tompson and Flame Raisins for over six months in oak barrels then refermented on Red Currant and Raspberry.
Light American Lager 5.1% 10 IBUs. Hops: Hallertau Mittelfruh. Malts: Pilsner, Vienna, Flaked Rice. The Perfect Beer to Quench any thirst, especially on a hot day by the pond.

Imperial Hawaiian Breakfast Stout 9.4% Hops: Sultana. Malts: 2 row flaked oats, chocolate malt, roasted barley, DRC brewed with Wyrd Sisters Coffee from Hawaii, grown and roasted by our Brewers Brother, aged on toasted coconut and cocoa nibs.
West Coast IPA 7% 65 IBUs. Hops: Cashmere, Citra, Simcoe, Centennial. Malts: 2-row. Our version of a West Coast style IPA, notes of Citrus and Pine. Resin with the perfect amount of bitterness.
Hazy DIPA with Strata, Lotus, Mosaic, Idaho 7. An OBC collaboration w/ Aftershock Brewing. Hazy, Fruity, Soft, Taste.
